I have been horrible at keeping this up, but I'm going to make an effort to be more consistent. I'm still getting my daily workouts in, but I've been so busy w/doctor's appts for myself and my dad so its been hectic.

The good news is, I've been given a clean bill of health and I'm grateful to God for that the testing was crueling, but the alternative would have been worse so I won't complain.

I need to get focused on my half-marathon training, I've been running but 7 miles has been my longest run to date and it should be 10 so my goal for next week is to hit that 10 mile mark.

Keep moving and stay tuned, I'm sure I will hit my goal.
