I am three weeks away from my 2nd half-marathon, I'm only up to running 9 miles so I need to step it up. Today, I ot in 7.5 miles and the plan is 5 miles on Wednesday and 10 on Sunday so the goal has been set.
I'm hopeful the weather will hang in there with me, I hate running in the rain :-)
