Its been a while since my last post, but I'm back and hopeful that I will stay on track. I had surgery back in May and the recovery has been good, but not at the pace I would like to say the least.
I'm going to stay positive and press forward in spite of my circumstances. I have been active all three days this week and have committed to working out a minimum of 5 days a week, even if I just have 30 minutes I will do something.
