Happy Friday!

I've had a fabulous week and I've been consistent in spite of some respiratory issues I'm having. Yesterday I worked out at the gym on the bike, but 3 days this week, including today I ran at the beach which has been so refreshing. The weather is is perfect for running, not too hot and not too cold.

This weekends goal is to stay on the fitness food track and eat smart, celebrating my nieces 21st birthday tonight and dinner tomorrow with the family so its gonna be tough.

Have a great weekend, already looking forward to next weeks 5 days of something even if its just stretching and abs.
