Well, I did well this weekend even though I went out to dinner w/family I didn't workout on Sunday or Monday, but got back to the grind this morning.
Had a great leg workout and did 50 minutes on the bike, its was nice getting back into the weights and the plan is to incorporate them 3 out of my 5 days.
Tomorrow is running outside while I can still stand the cold. Need to prep for my 5K coming up early next month.
