Listen to you body.

I've been MIA hut I have been faithful to my workout! I have a minor injury so I'm at the doctor now to make sure all is well. It's so important to listen to your body by taking a few days off if necessary or altering the workout. Hopefully I will be cleared to run before the weekend I may go crazy if I can't get my miles in.
