Sunday's are my best days, I head to early church service and I'm at the gym by 10am and its never crowded so I can get done whatever I need to. Bigger questions is, why isnt anyone there on Sundays? Unless its for religious reasons, Sunday is the best day for you too to hit the gym and hit is hard.
I hope that everyone enjoyed their day and is ready to hit the gym this coming week. Remember, preparation is the key to consistency. Plan your workout and put it down on paper or at the minimum create one in your mind so you can execute it tomorrow.
