Monday, Monday!

Hello and welcome to another week. Good news is, if you're reading this you have been blessed enough to see another day. Bad news is, its holiday season which means eating, drinking and no time to workout.

I challenge you to keep your priorities in order in the next few weeks by making a commitment to eating right top on your to do list. I know its hard, but you can enjoy the holiday season and stay on track even if you have one day off track just get right back on the next day and move forward.

Have a fabulous week and remember, keep moving the weather is still decent enough to hit the road for a walk or run even if its a short one.
