I trust that everyone had a good holiday and managed to eat healthy - NOT :-)
If you did, great and if you didn't that's ok too. With the start of a new week, its a new opportunity to get back on track. The weather is still cooperating w/us for the time being so you can still get outside and get a nice brisk walk in if the treadmill is not for you so there is no excuse.
2012 will be here next week and I'd love to hear some resolutions, even if they don't relate to fitness.
