Well, its been a few days since I've been on, but as always that doesn't mean I have been getting my workout on. I've been taking advantage of this beautiful weather and hitting the pavement and bring a friend along the past few days. Pushing her, has helped motivate me to get the workout in.
With the new year, it gives us all an opportunity for a new start so make a committment to get in shape this year and stick to it.
