First Week Complete!

Happy Friday! You have officially made it through the first week of 2012.....

I trust that you have maintained your committment to workout a minimum of 3 times this week?  I know it seems like a long, rough road, but I promise if you keep it up and stay consistent it does get better. 

Have a great weekend and if you don't have it in you to workout, please make sure you at least stretch and do some light work on those abs. I promise you they are in there somewhere, you  just have to bring them out through good diet and exercise.
