Good morning all! I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend filled with good eating and fun workouts. I had the pleasure of celebrating my cousins birthday this Saturday at one of my favorite soul food restaurants. Challenge, eating right, the good news is I was able to salmon, rice and greens. I know I make it sound easy, but my point is that it's possible.
Happy Monday and though it may be a holiday that's no excuse to not get out and get your workout in. It just means you have more time to stay in the gym if you're off.
