I'm a bit late for me, but I'm here so good morning!
I hope that everyone had a great Monday and was able to get out and do what they needed to regarding workout out?
My plan of one hour of cardio, turned into 1.5 hours of cardio so I'll gladly take it. I have to say my i-heart radio app got me through yesterday and would have done 2 hours, but had somewhere to be and didn't want to be late.
If you are struggling with the cardio portion of your workout, my recommendation is get a workout buddy or get some good tunes going on your phone or i-pod it won't work everyday, but I guarantee it will work most days.
My plan for today is gym first and then a run outside since its supposed to go up to 60 degrees today. If possible, squeeze something in outside its a great cure for the Winter blues.
