Well, we're halfway through the week and I hope you have been making working out a priority in your life? We have been lucky with the weather so if you are bored working out in the gym, you can be inspired by getting a nice run in outside. If you're a beginner, a nice walk will do just fine just make sure you get something in and its a min. of 20 minutes or so.
I myself am about to headout and hit the pavement and take advantage of this nice weather.
