Good morning!
Yesterday was a holiday and unless you spent the whole day celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. there should be no reason why you didn't get a workout in. The first step to seeing results is decide that this is what you want for yourself, and if you're reading this you have taken that step. Now step two is execution and make it do what it do in two zero one two!
Let's hit the ground running this morning, put working out on your TO DO LIST for today.
