Good morning and Happy Valentine's day to everyone.
I know it might be tempting to eat an entire box of chocolates, splurge on a romantic dinner or skip the gym in favor of a movie this Valentine's Day, but you don’t have to let your love life derail your plans to get fit this year. My suggestion is that you get up and out early, hit the gym or do that workout DVD before anything else this morning. If he/she doesn't gives you chocolates, graciously say thank you and eat one, yes only one and either take them to work and share with co-workers or share with the household. Moderation is your friend or it should be :-)
If you don't get a chance to workout and his or her plan is to take you to dinner, finishing up the evening with a nice walk and some Starbucks is always a good way to end a winter evening. Yes, Starbucks has tea or you could get a skim hot chocolate like I do, hold the whip cream!
