I missed a day of posting, but not a day of working out. I had a rough night of sleeping so it took a lot of effort to get to the gym yesterday.
Though getting there was rough due to the lack of sleep, once I was there I was able to lift and get a hour of cardio in. You have to know your body and that comes in time, but you also have to make sure your body gets its proper rest so the muscles can grow and recover hence why I'm getting a later start today.
Have a great day and do something nice for someone today, even if its just smiling and saying good morning.
