Good morning and Happy Monday!
Its getting chilly out there and I have to admit even I was tempted to stay in bed and not get a workout in. Thank goodness I decided to get up and out this morning, took the workout inside by doing a back and bicep workout, finishing up with 3 miles on the treadmill.
