Hello all, I'm late posting. They say, better late then never :-)

This weekend was a busy one for me, but I managed to get a 3 mile run in yesterday since it was so beautiful out. Today's workout was inside and it concluded legs and a two mile run on the treadmill. Not a huge fan of the treadmill, but boy did I get my sweat on I love being able to add a hill when I'm ready and stop it when I can't hang.
