No Pain, No Gain

Well, well, well.....

I got to run with my former running group yesterday and its been a while, over a year and boy did trying to hang with them kick my butt. I'm so glad I had the opportunity though so now I know I need to be more focused and include group runs at least once a week if possible in addition to my solo runs when I tend to run for the shear enjoyment of it.

It always nice to have support that pushes you to be your best.
